Blackfeather Forge
🖤 Welcome to Blackfeather Forge 🖤
Blackfeather Forge is a mom and her son, building worlds together.
I'm Karen. My son Justin (we call him Jay, and sometimes Bird Boy) is my co-creator, my idea machine, and the heart of everything we make. Our pen name, KJ Raven, is the two of us together: K for Karen, J for Justin, and Raven for Angelis, Jay's pet raven.
Life hasn't always kept us in the same room. Right now there are miles and walls between us. But every phone call turns into a brainstorm. Jay dreams up the monsters, the relics, the factions and the twists, and I bring them to life on the page. What started as stories between a mother and her son grew into a whole forge full of games.
Every book we make carries the same dedication:
"Jay, they can put you in a cage, try to clip your wings, but the love of a mother never goes away. You soar higher than ever, and nothing stops my boy!!!!"
